We had a client call us from Waterloo, letting us know he wanted to add outlets and a circuit to his unfinished basement. The previous owners had flipped the home so it was fully renovated. The home was built in the late 70s and it had copper wiring. Our electrician looked at the panel and saw there was one circuit left to add outlets. Home-Pro Electric recommended a panel upgrade due to limited space. Panels are recommended to have space for additional breakers so that it is not maxed out at all times. The client decided to consider the upgrade for the future.
With the price given to our client, they decided to go ahead with the job. Home-Pro Electric came back on site after a 50% deposit was collected to complete the work. Our electricians completed the installation of one circuit for the basement and added two receptacles. With work that is completed, we offer a complimentary 12 point home inspection. Our electrician walked around the home to give a visual inspection of what may need to be updated and what could be a fire hazard if left. The client was notified by email of all things found in the inspection. The client was happy with the work completed after the electrician took him through and showed all that was done.
